Annual Meeting Minutes

After the Meeting

A big thank you to those of you who turned up at the meeting today. It was a great turn out! By way of information Buzzy Mullahkhel was elected as the new HOA president. Danny Brownell was re-elected as treasurer.

A big thank you to Courtney Wallace for getting us through the slog w/ M&D and putting so much time and effort into the HOA.

We will be having a special HOA meeting (in other words a meeting that isn't our annual meeting) in about a month. We will inform you of the exact day and time as it gets closer. At that meeting we will be discussing some CCR changes including: flag regulations, speed limit on HOA roads and changing quorum and voting rules.

Tonight is our annual meeting. Make sure to come! It is at 7 at the library! If you can't come please please PLEASE send a proxy form!

This year we will be electing two new officers. Current nominations are as follows:
