Anual Meeting Date Change

Due to scheduling conflicts with the elementary school, we need to change the date of our annual meeting. It will now be held on Thursday September 9th. It will still be at 6 pm, in park 1. See you all then!

HOA members:

It's that time of year again. The HOA annual meeting is coming up. It will be held on Wednesday, September 8^th, at 6 PM. This year we will be holding it in Park 1, on the lawn. Bring a lawn chair if you can! Also, since we aren't in the library, we can bring food. And food will be brought.

At the annual meeting we will be discussing issues currently facing the HOA: completion of park 2, maintenance of the neighborhood, any resident concerns.

Also, two positions in our board will be up for election. The terms of the Vice President and Secretary are ending. If you are interested in running for either of these positions, please contact a member of the board, or send an email to aspenmeadowshoa@yahoo.com.

We would also like to remind residents of the rules concerning landscaping and maintenance of yards. According to the CC&Rs landscaping must be completed within two years of receiving a certificate of occupancy. Lawns must be cared for. Weeds should not be allowed to grow out of control. The board has received several complaints, and we will be contacting offending homeowners.
